Control Panel Mail Application Not Found On Windows 10
Most of our users are using Office 2013 installed from Office 365. Automatic updates are enabled and we are at 15.0.4833.1001. Starting yesterday or the day before, users started complaining about not being able to get to their profile settings from the Mail icon in control panel. They can still create a new profile if they had the option checked to prompt for a profile and if on a new windows profile Outlook still prompts to create an account but they cannot open the profile settings from the control panel. As soon as Office 2013 from Office 365 is uninstalled and stand alone Pro Plus 2013 installed the mail icon works. Fixmapi.exe didn't fix it. Office 2016 installations from Office 365 work fine. My guess is that it's an update but I don't think I can roll back the updates to Office 365 installed applications to verify. I'm having a colleague update the stand alone 2013 installation but that's probably going to take a little bit from a clean install.
