So, as the title states, upon attempting to start League I get a frozen League of Legends Symbol and the error message that the 'PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working'. When I run this as an administrator it ignores the error message and bring me to the launch client but once I click launch it shuts down. This is the second time I have had this problem (the first time was literally just one day ago and it just stopped happening so I assumed my problems were over however now that its back I'm going to assume that it never left). Basically when I run as admin and click launch it shuts down but when I look in task manager lolpatcher, lollauncher, lolclient, and pvp.net patcher kernel are still running. I have also already tried deleting and reinstalling rads_user_kernal.exe and that did not work. And I'm using windows 7 64-bit
