Use a clean save when updating! To clean a save, disable my mod, run Skyrim. Go into your save game, then save. Install new update. IMPORTANT: Surgus has been moved to his own location to get there a courier should approach you and start a quest to find it. Being the High King comes with many new features and advantages! Become High King of Skyrim. Become High King of Skyrim V2. This mod is all you need to become the High King! I believe that once you finish the main storyline and the Civil war Storyline, you go talk to a guy in Markarth and you get to be the High King, with enough support (aka friends). The Empire is collapsing. Dragons have returned, the Thalmor are spreading their influence, and Skyrim, one of the few provinces still part of the Empire, is ravaged by civil war after the death of its High King. In the middle of all this, a new Dragonborn has appeared, and has begun to make waves. Some see this as a sign of hope. Hope for Skyrim, and for the Empire. A possible return to its glory days, when the Dragonborn emperors still ruled. Among those who see this Last Dragonborn as the saviour of the Empire, are several members of the Elder Council. They have sent their best spymaster to Skyrim to find the Dragonborn, and guide them towards restoring the Empire, one province at a time.
Description:
This mod adds a quest to let the player become High King of Skyrim. As High King, you are able to drastically change the lives of any NPC through new dialogue. This mod is my attempt at integrating (most of) the features of u/solarhamster / aysigago's 'Become High King of Skyrim' mod into the existing world of Skyrim, without using the new worldspace. If you've played the original version, all you need to know is that in this version, your court is located in Solitude instead of Highreach. All dialogue has been edited to reflect this, and you'll find Surgus' dialogue and appearance to be less immersion-breaking than before.

You can go on adventures with Ulfric, a Greybeard, even boss enemies like Harkon, Ysolda (and turn her into a powerful warrior), anyone you can talk to can be a follower!
.. have your own army that will follow you on command, fight your battles while you sit back and have any NPC's like Lydia, Miraak or even kids join that army?
Well if you said yes to any of the above, and even if you didn't, this mod is for you! This mod has so many features you are bound to find at least one of them useful! Heck this mod even has a legendary armor that turns you invisible when you crouch!
