I don't have my Liquid m330 on the Windows Insider Build program. I am witnessing the update that arrived as a 'normal' Windows 10 Mobile user on the Acer Liquid m330, and it appears that the screen size issues and digitizer issues are gone. I talked with HP support. I've discovered when the power flickers, the AP is coming back up trying to connect before the port is ready, and causing the AP to not be able to contact the controller. I am going to try a firmware upgrade on the wireless controller, if that doesn't fix it, I will try upgrading the firmware on the switches.
